Great community managers are always in need! Some Saturdays may be required. Candidates must have management experience preferably at a lease-up. The right candidate will be sales driven, a multi-tasker, a proven team builder, and will provide top-notch customer service, tech-savvy and financial management skills. Entrata experience a huge plus, NAA CAM designation encouraged.
LEASING CONSULTANT
Full-time leasing consultant needed! Saturdays are required. Candidates must have leasing experience preferably at a lease-up. The right candidate will be sales-driven, a multi-tasker, and will provide top-notch customer service, tech-savvy, and have marketing experience. Entrata experience a huge plus. NAA NALP designation encouraged.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Full-time maintenance supervisor needed! Saturdays are required. Candidates must have HVAC experience. The right candidate will be experienced in all aspects of apartment maintenance, be a multi-tasker, provide top-notch customer service, and be adept at managing open work orders/scheduling and managing technicians.
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Full-time maintenance technician needed! Saturdays are required. Candidates must have experience meeting OSHA guidelines. The right candidate will be experienced in all aspects of apartment maintenance, be a multi-tasker, provide top-notch customer service, and be adept at managing open work orders and assisting make ready technicians in preparing units for lease.
